Unitized Mobile Frames
Our unitized mobile units have four metal tubular uprights welded to the standard top and bottom frames. This unitized frame provides great rigidity and resists "racking" that may occur when moving the unit across uneven surfaces. Construction is completed in the same manner as the standard units. - Constructed of 1/8"x 1" x 1" angle.
- All welds are continuous and homogeneous.
- Powder coated for superior finish.
Hardware
- Hinges are 21/4" fixed pin, five knuckle hospital tips.
- Steel roller bearing glides on all drawers.
- 300lb. Load rated 5" casters are standard with wheel and swivel locks on two of the casters.
Construction
- Edges protected with a continuous polymer T-molding with concealed joints.
- Rounded corners on tops, doors, and drawer fronts for safety.
- Locking doors on teacher and general storage cabinets are standard.
- Most units available with and without doors.
- Laminate surfaces have a high density scratch resistant finish.
- Multiple color choices available for panels, trim, and frames.
